The "2003 Symposium on the Uniform Experimential Design" was jointly organized by the Statistics Research and Consultancy Centre, Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) and the Uniform Design Association of China, andwas held at HKBU in November 3-5, 2003.

Around 60 participants from China attended the symposium and 38 papers are submitted. The papers have been collected in the proceedings. The titles of the papers are listed.
